TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert
Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Fes. Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou where Barbary macaques live freely.
Continue through Midelt before descending into the magnificent Ziz Valley with its thousands of palm trees. Arrive in Merzouga during the afternoon where your camel caravan awaits.
Ride across the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes while watching the sunset before arriving at your desert camp. Enjoy dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and your first magical night beneath the stars.

Day 2: Explore the Sahara Desert (Desert Excursion)
Wake early to witness a beautiful sunrise over the dunes before enjoying breakfast.
Today’s adventure takes you around the Sahara region. Visit a local nomad family to learn about their traditional lifestyle. Continue to Khamlia Village where you’ll enjoy authentic Gnawa music performed by local musicians.
Later, visit the fossil workshops in Erfoud and, if desired, explore the lively local market (depending on the day of the week).
Return to Merzouga for lunch before enjoying a relaxing afternoon in the desert. Spend another peaceful evening with dinner and overnight at your desert accommodation.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, leave the Sahara behind and travel toward Rissani before continuing to the spectacular Todra Gorge, where towering canyon walls rise over 300 meters high.
Enjoy free time to walk through the gorge before continuing along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs and through the Valley of Roses.
Arrive in Ouarzazate in the evening where you’ll spend the night.
